Returns + Exchanges
Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to exchange or return an item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If the item was mailed to you as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be issued to you. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and it was given to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be issued with a gift code.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We don’t offer change of mind exchanges, only those for faulty garments.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund application.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and your credit card or original method of payment refunded within 7 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
