Returns + Exchanges
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, only those for faulty garments, however we are happy to swap items if they are the wrong size or offer a store credit for change of mind.
Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to exchange or return an item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us at email@example.com for the return address.
For change of mind, if the item was mailed to you as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return or you can swap the item and pay for redelivery. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and it was given to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be issued with a gift code.
Once the returned item is received and credit is preferred, a gift code will be issued to you.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will then have the option of a replacement, repair or refund.
Any refund will be processed and your credit card, or original method of payment, refunded within 7 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
